Tips for Our Guests
Choose a Service
We are one church with four distinct worship styles, because we firmly believe that "one-size doesn't fit all". Every hour-long worship service offers live music, a relevant message from Pastor Bob or Pastor Andrew, and an opportunity to connect with church family members through our Coffee & Connections refreshment time. No matter which service you choose, the Lord is definitely present with us on Sunday mornings. NEW! Enjoy café-style worship in The Upper Room, March-May at 9:15.
What to Wear
Come as you are...however casual, comfy or fancy, you will fit in at Christ Church. Dress for Sunday morning worship ranges from casual or business casual to business professional dress. Those attending events throughout the week typically dress in a very relaxed or casual manner, while Christmas and Easter tend to be a slightly more dressy affair.
Parking & Arrival
There is no shortage of parking at Christ Church! We welcome you to one of our visitor-designated spots or whatever spot feels right for you. Feel free to drop off your family members at the front door before parking. During holidays and special events, parking attendants will assist you.
Once you arrive, our Worship Team will greet you and make sure you and your family have everything you require while you are with us. If you have special needs, please let us know so that we can serve you to the best of our ability.
All services are simulcast in our Lounge, should you need to attend to your infant in comfort. Adventure Camp is open Sunday mornings for your children ages birth-5th grade (except for Family Worship Sundays when childcare is available for age two and under only). This allows you the opportunity to focus on receiving all that God has planned for your visit while they enjoy a worship experience that's taylor-made just for their age! Our Welcome Desk volunteers can direct you to the Children's Registration Desk inside our secure and fun children's wing to get started. Our children’s area is a nut-free zone for the safety of our kids with allergies.
If you're not sure you're ready to join the big group in the Worship Room, you are welcome to find a spot on our Balcony or watch the live stream from the comfort of our Café. March 3 through May we are also offering a smaller coffee-shop style experience in The Upper Room. Our Lower Worship Room holds your choice of about 380 seats. Choose one toward the front or in the back, in the center or on the edge.
Communion & Giving
We celebrate open communion at Christ Church. No matter what your denominational background, all adults and Communion Class graduates are welcome to participate as soon as they're ready to allow Christ to guide their life. Children’s blessings, gluten-free bread, and grape juice are available at the altar. More Communion Information>>
On the flip-side, we do not ask our guests to give during our offering time. When you're ready to plug in, however, we do value generosity and offer several electronic giving options for those who prefer the convenience of online transactions.
A Special Gift for You
When you visit, be sure to complete the Communication Card in your handout and bring it to our Welcome Desk. This information will help us get to know you a little better, and you will receive a special gift when you're done!
Tours of the church are available on Sunday mornings, and by appointment during the week.
Coffee & Connections
After worship, we invite you upstairs where you can spend some time with the friendly folks at Christ Church while enjoying free treats and Fair Trade Coffee. Made-to-order specialty drinks and packaged snacks are available for purchase from Christ Perks Café. (Complimentary snacks may contain nuts or other allergens.)
